Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Due to the limited and curated nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

  • Exchanges are accepted only in case of:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged product received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Products must be:

No Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • We are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests under any circumstances.


No Return & Refund Policy

  • All purchases made on Garden of Eden are final.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once sold.


Exceptional Cases

While our general policy does not allow cancellations, returns, or refunds, we understand that rare issues may arise:

  • In case of a genuine technical error or incorrect payment, please contact our support team. Each case will be reviewed individually, and resolution (if any) will be provided at our discretion.

  • If you receive a product that is:

    • Damaged

    • Incorrect

    • Missing items

    You must provide a complete, uncut unboxing video as proof. Without this, we will not be able to process any claims.

  • Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and at our sole discretion.
